Rent Our Space

We require a 3-hour minimum rental.Our rates hourly rates are as follows:

  • $110 per hour Monday - Thursday, minimum 4 hrs booking inclusive of clean-up time.
  • $150 per hour Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Minimum 4 hrs booking inclusive of clean-up time.
  • In addition, we require a refundable deposit of 40% deposit to book your event and the balance 7 days to the event.
  • The Vineyard is approximately 3,300 square feet and can accommodate approximately 180 at round tables, 250 in theatre-style seating, and 250 standing ensuring enough spacing.
  • The rental includes gold or silver Chiavari chairs, round 6-foot tables, and a kitchenette. 8 ft rectangular tables are also available for rent @ $10 each.
